Utility vest, produced with an exceptional fabric

This exclusive luxury fabric, created especially for 1ST PAT-RN, comes from the study of military weaves originally produced in heavy cotton twill, combining hemp (that can be used for most of the time of the year) with “cool wool”: both with thermo-regulating properties, to guarantee freshness and comfort during the hottest temperatures

By working a navy blue with a charcoal-colored warp, we obtain a shade of blue/black that is often seen in the denim cast, a new shade concept for a fabric like this: we called it “emotional blue”

The study of this fabric lasted a year and was produced entirely in Italy in a small weaving mill, close to the 1ST PAT-RN headquarters, through ethical and therefore truly sustainable processes

The fabric has incredible fluidity and the “wavy” and slub appearance of its surface, due to the presence of hemp, also induces irregular and draped shapes that produce the characteristic effect of the seams that we can see in work uniforms

The study of the pockets of this vest, born from the now-iconic pockets of the WANDER model, has been even more improved, to give a flat structure, which expands only when needed, producing a tailored vest effect, but inspired by the usefulness of traveler’s vest.
